Roland Ng is a dynamic leader whose versatility, communication skills, and creative instincts make him a natural force in shaping exceptional, purpose-driven events. As General Manager, Americas for Kanosuke Distillery, he oversees operations across the Western Hemisphere, blending strategic vision with on-the-ground leadership.

A respected voice in the spirits world, Roland is the Co-Founder of the San Francisco Whisky Society, the largest enthusiast community on the West Coast, and Fog City Social, the premier independent spirits festival in the Western United States. His influence spans consulting, speaking, and education, and he has judged some of the world’s top spirits competitions. In 2025, Imbibe Magazine named him to its “75 for 2025” list of people shaping the future of how we drink.

Roland’s professional path began in high-impact leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and HP Inc., where he served as General Manager and Global Head for Telecom. Beyond his corporate and spirits-world credentials, he brings a longstanding commitment to community impact, supporting organizations from the Boys & Girls Club of Tracy to the Chinese Culture Foundation and College Preparatory School’s Partners Program, leading the finance committee and co-chairing the Keena Turner Celebrity Golf Tournament as well as serving on multiple gala and fundraising committees, including the inaugural “Legends & Luxury” benefiting mental health support.

Cool under pressure, endlessly curious, and effortlessly connective, Roland brings a rare blend of leadership, creativity, and cultural fluency, making him an invaluable contributor to our team. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
